These Terms and Conditions govern all sales, exhibitions, exports, and related services provided by Sartoria Fortis Exports (“we,” “us,” or “the Gallery”). By purchasing, commissioning, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Our Business

Sartoria Fortis Exports specializes in the sale and export of authentic Nigerian artworks, including but not limited to:

• Bronze works
• Paintings
• Sculptures
• Traditional and contemporary art pieces

Our name reflects our values: Sartoria, the precision and refinement of a tailoring house, and Fortis, strength, durability, and cultural permanence.

3. Authenticity and Provenance

• All artworks sold are represented in good faith as authentic and original.
• Provenance and artist details are provided where available.
• Due to the nature of art, variations in color, texture, and form are inherent and not considered defects.

4. Pricing and Payments

• Prices are listed in agreed currencies and may exclude shipping, insurance, customs duties, and taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Full payment is required before shipment or transfer of ownership.
• We reserve the right to revise prices prior to order confirmation.

5. Sales, Returns, and Cancellations

• All art sales are final, except where damage or misrepresentation is proven.
• Cancellations are not accepted once payment has been confirmed.
• Any claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the artwork.

6. Shipping and Export

• We assist with international shipping and export documentation where agreed.
• Risk transfers to the buyer once the artwork is handed over to the shipping or courier service.
• We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by customs authorities, carriers, or force majeure events.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, descriptions, and content related to artworks remain the intellectual property of Sartoria Fortis Exports or the respective artists. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the artwork. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
